- They are able to read plastic cards with barcodes, magnetic strips and contactless chips.
- It is possible to place up to 4 plastic cards on a carrier. This way we save on postage costs for your card mailing, thus increasing its cost efficiency.
- The machines are equipped with 2 attachment stations facilitating the easy addition of attachments to the mailpack.
- Our unique folding machine means that letters and their attached card(s) can be inserted in envelopes in a Z-, C- or V-fold.
- We can also provide printed envelopes, ensuring that your corporate identity is immediately visible to recipients.

Cards Unlimited is very efficient at sending your card mailings. The plastic cards are placed in the machine which reads the information they contain. The system’s control software then consults a database, which prints the matching letter automatically. The plastic card is provided with a self-adhesive label for transport, and a barcode is simultaneously printed on the letter. This barcode provides certainty that the card and letter really do match. The plastic card is then attached to the letter automatically and passed on to the inserting system, which turns it into a ready-made package to be sent to the customer.

Database management
The link between database management and cards is strong. Millions of cards containing unique data leave our production. Our systems keep track of which numbers have been used and which cards have been printed with which type of barcode.
